Laying here in bed tonight thinking about the day I had at work. I have spent the past couple of days working on putting together a video to feature some of our wonderful customer provided photos and reviews. In order to create this, of course I had to go through all of our reviews. This was a daunting task, because on Etsy alone, we have over 2,000 reviews! It is easy to see at the top of our storefront that we have 5 star average rating. This is humbling and wonderful to see, but when you take the time to read through the 145 pages of reviews you realize how fortunate we are to have provided so many products to grateful customers.

Of course we do stumble across the occasional bad review. These are not overlooked by any means. We find that while many of these are misunderstandings, we take each and every review to heart and learn from it in order to better our product and or our customer’s overall experience. We take a lot of pride in our customer service!

So keep providing those reviews and great photos of your products in use. We love seeing decals on your doors, cars, walls, you name it! Our customer reviews really speak for themselves. I know personally that when I shop online I look heavily into customer reviews to determine if I should purchase an item. According to Forbes, 90% of shoppers read reviews before purchasing. We know how important our customers are! If you haven’t tried out one of our products, just take a look at what our customers have to say, and try one out for yourself!
