We want to start off by thanking you all for your continued business through the holiday season and through this difficult past year.

We of course anticipated a larger number of online shopping which would then naturally lead to an increased shipping volume for carriers. In order to compensate for this prediction we worked hard to move our orders out the door even faster than our normal quick pace. We couldn't have possibly imagined the delays would be this significant!

Our location in Ohio results in our orders being sent to the Cleveland USPS distribution facility. This facility experienced extreme delays due to the pandemic and increased shipment volumes. Click HERE to a news article about the delays in our area.

We want to express that we have been as frustrated and disappointed as you have been. We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

Now that we are through the month of December we are starting to see that some of these delayed items are starting to move now and we hope that things will be returning to a more normal pace.
