ORDERS

  • All of our items are made to order. Once an order is placed, our standard production time is typically 3-5 business days. For custom orders that include proofing, please note that the production time begins only after the proof is approved by the customer.

  • We also offer rush production for an additional $15.00, which guarantees a 1-business day turnaround or 2 business days for printed items.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day.

  • If we encounter any issues during processing we will contact you via the email provided in your order.



SHIPPING

  • Enjoy a flat shipping rate of $5.95 on orders up to $50.00. Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping!

  • Sweetums Signatures is not liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • All orders are shipped based on the information provided by the customer. If a package is undeliverable due to an error in the shipping details submitted by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to our facility, as well as the cost of reshipping it to them. Alternatively, the customer may choose to repurchase the item at a discounted price.

  • Customers will receive an automatic email with tracking information once their order is shipped. Please note that items shipped via USPS First Class Mail will not include tracking details.

  • Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 2-5 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • We also offer rush production for an additional $15.00, which guarantees a 1-business day turnaround or 2 business days for printed items.

  • Expedited shipping is available for $30.00, typically arriving in 1-3 business days, although this is not guaranteed.

  • If your order arrives damaged, we require detailed pictures of both the damaged packaging and the damaged items in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please be sure to contact us with this information within 72 hours of shipment delivery.



RETURNS

  • All of our items are made-to-order and we strive to process them as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. While we cannot guarantee that your order hasn’t already been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed we cannot offer a cancellation.

  • Customers can cancel a custom order which requires proofing if they do not approve of the proof and it has not been sent to production.

  • Sweetums Signatures accepts returns on most items and will issue a refund, less a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs (and rush processing fees, if applicable). For items that qualified for free shipping, the refund will be issued less the 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost for the item.

  • Custom, personalized, and “create your own” orders are not eligible for return, unless the return is needed due to an error by our team.

  • Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 72 hours of receiving the order shipment.

  • All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Sweetums Signatures representative before you ship them back to us.

  • All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

  • You may return your products using any shipping method you prefer; however, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in new and unused condition.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. If the original credit card is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued instead.



DISCLAIMERS

  • Decals that do not adhere to textured walls or unfit surfaces are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • If a decal is damaged during installation, a replacement may be offered to the customer at a discounted price.

  • Sweetums cannot be held responsible for any decals that do not stick due to: wall texture, eco-friendly paint, surfaces painted within 30 days, or applying to surfaces under 68 degrees. The customer assumes all risks when applying our decals. Sweetums cannot be held responsible for damage to paint, walls, or any other application surface.

  • Any of the content in any form that is related to our website and/or company is protected under copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. You’re not allowed to copy, re-distribute, use or publish any materials, content or design from Sweetums Signatures without permission for any reason.

  • By registering and/or checking out through our website, you confirm that the info provided is accurate and correct. We can cancel your account at any time if deemed false, harmful or fraudulent.

  • While we work very hard to keep viruses and malicious content off of our site, should our site become compromised in any way, we will not be held responsible or liable for any damages that may result from use or misuse.

  • We reserve the right to revoke a discount or promotion for any reason. We can set rules for these discounts and promotions as we see fit.

  • We do our best to provide excellent customer service. Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. If we are not available during the above-posted hours, just leave a message or email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
