- We require your artwork in its original vector format, which can be .eps, .ai, or an unflattened .pdf.

- This listing is intended for customers who have existing artwork ready in the specified formats. Design services are not included; if you require assistance with design, please contact us prior to placing your order.

- To ensure proper proportions of your logo, we offer a square sizing option. Your decal will be sized accordingly within the square you select, and final dimensions will be provided in your proof for approval.

- Please refrain from submitting any copyrighted or trademarked content without written consent from the respective owner.

- In order to keep your logo proportionate we offer a square size for pricing. We will size your decal proportionately within the square size which you select. These final dimensions will be provided in your proofing for approval.

- Our standard means of production is to create your decal for normal application. If you need this to be reversed for indoor window application please let us know.

- Sweetums cannot be held responsible for decals that do not adhere to any application surface. Sweetums cannot be held responsible for damage to any application surface when using our decals. Please review our application and removal instructions along with our FAQ page on our main website before applying your decal. The customer assumes all risks when applying our decals. Our indoor printed wall decals are not recommended for use on textured surfaces. We offer free sample swatches so that you can test our material on your desired application surface.

- Because of the personalized nature of our products, custom orders and orders over $100.00 are not eligible for return/exchange unless the requested return is due to an error on our behalf. We encourage ordering a sample or smaller quantity first to be sure this will work for your intended project.

- Depending on the size of your decal this may come in more than one piece for easier application.
