If you place an order using a copyrighted image, we will contact you immediately for proof of your rights to use the image. If you cannot present that proof the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR PICTURES FROM FACEBOOK. Facebook compresses even the most perfect picture to fit on their server. If you take it from there, you are uploading the compressed, low quality image. We want your finished product to be absolutely perfect. If there are any issues with the quality of your image, we will work with you to fix it.
