DO NOT submit a picture that is copyrighted or contains trademark content without a written consent from the owner of the materials. If you place an order using a copyrighted image, we will contact you immediately for proof of your rights to use the image. If you cannot present that proof the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR PICTURES FROM FACEBOOK. Facebook compresses even the most perfect picture to fit on their server. If you take it from there, you are uploading the compressed, low quality image.

Tips For Taking Pictures:
• Try to use as little zoom possible, just get closer.
• Do not cut off feet or arms off.
• Light backgrounds are better
• The auto setting is usually fine for taking photos for cutouts.
• Sharp, focused, and clear images work the best. We want your finished product to be absolutely perfect. If there are any issues with the quality of your image, we will work with you to fix it. Sweetums stands behind our work, and we will not print anything that doesn't measure up. After you place your order we will email you a proof for approval. We will not complete your order until we receive an email in response to your proof which states that you approve the attached design.
